About the estate

The Joan Grill winery located in El Pla de Manlleu, Catalonia, builds on a long family tradition as farmers and vine growers dating back to its origins in 1931. The estate cultivates around 30 hectares of vineyards under the Penedès DO denomination, focusing entirely on its own grapes. For decades, the wines were crafted primarily for family and friends before commercial distribution began in 2023 through participation in a local winery incubator project. Today, the portfolio features estate-produced wines listed in the directory alongside organic olive oil.
