About the estate
The I Cavallini estate is managed by two brothers, Nicola and Roberto, in the Tuscan municipality of Manciano and covers an area of eleven hectares of vineyards. The vineyards are positioned between the sea and Mount Amiata, which provides important airflow for the health of the vines. The portfolio ranges from easy to more important wines characterized by fineness, minerality, freshness, and aromatic elegance. Natural processing in both the vineyard and the cellar is applied, and the grapes are harvested by hand. The estate utilizes eco-friendly natural isolation in its cellar logistics to preserve the integrity of the harvested grapes.
