About the estate
The Herdade da Figueirinha estate, located in Beja in the Alentejo region, was acquired in 1998 by Comendador Leonel Cameirinha and is managed today by his grandson Filipe Cameirinha Ramos, uniting three generations. The property spans over 300 hectares of clay and sandy-clay soils, featuring 82 hectares of vineyards dedicated to 14 different grape varieties. In addition to wine production, the estate is also active in cultivating olives for olive oil and growing almonds.
