The winery was founded in the year 2000 by the González family across 45 hectares of vineyards featuring clay-loam soils. Cultivation takes place in a privileged climate with Atlantic influences, with a strong focus on native grape varieties such as the historical Tintilla de Rota. The production process combines manual harvesting with aging in French and American oak barrels to craft balanced and complex wines.
