Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Fev befindet sich in Arcos de la Frontera in der Provinz Cádiz und widmet sich der Wiederbelebung der regionalen Rotweintradition. Gegründet wurde das Unternehmen im Jahr 2000 von der Familie González auf einer Rebfläche von 45 Hektar mit ton- und schluffhaltigen Böden. Die Bewirtschaftung erfolgt in einem von atlantischen Einflüssen geprägten Klima mit einem Schwerpunkt auf autochthonen Rebsorten wie der historischen Tintilla de Rota. Bei der Weinbereitung setzt der Betrieb auf eine Kombination aus manueller Lese und dem Ausbau in Holzfässern aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 10 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Palomino Fino und Tempranillo.
