Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Fev est situé à Arcos de la Frontera, dans la province de Cádiz, et se consacre à la revitalisation de la tradition des vins rouges de la région. Le domaine a été fondé en l'an 2000 par la famille González sur 45 hectares de vignes aux sols argilo-limoneux. La culture s'exerce dans un climat privilégié aux influences atlantiques, avec un accent prononcé sur les cépages autochtones tels que l'historique Tintilla de Rota. Le processus de production associe vendanges manuelles et élevage en fûts de chêne français et américain afin d'élaborer des vins équilibrés et complexes.
L'annuaire eno recense 10 vins, principalement issus de Palomino Fino et Tempranillo.
