The Fausta Mansio estate is located in the Val d’Anapo within the Syracuse area, a region well suited for viticulture. Founded in the 1990s, the winery is dedicated to reviving the tradition of Moscato di Siracusa. The property covers 13 hectares, with 7 hectares planted to vineyards and 3 hectares dedicated to olive groves. All farming is conducted organically on clay soils situated in gently rolling hills. The harvest of fully matured grapes typically takes place at the end of August.
