The Fattoria Le Masse is a family-run estate located in Barberino Tavarnelle in Tuscany, with a history that began in the 1950s. The management of the winery is built on a family tradition and is currently directed by the third generation. The vineyards are cultivated according to organic and biodynamic practices, and the production process avoids synthetic additives and selected yeasts. The product range includes wines from the Chianti Classico DOCG and Toscana IGT denominations, featuring single-varietal expressions of Sangiovese and Canaiolo alongside traditional blends. Ottenuto dalla pressatura soffice delle uve intere di sangiovese, raccolte a fine agosto per mantenerne acidità e freschezza. Senza controllo della temperatura, il mosto fermenta con i suoi lieviti indigeni in acciaio e, a primavera, il vino viene imbottigliato.
