About the estate
The Enologica Cassarà S.R.L. estate was founded in Alcamo in 1860 by Pietro Cassarà and has since been managed as a family business across multiple generations. The vineyards are situated on the hills of the Alcamo DOC and Sicilia DOC appellations in Sicily. The winery cultivates indigenous grape varieties such as Catarratto, Grillo, and Nero d’Avola, alongside international varieties, following organic farming methods. Production is supported by clean and renewable energy from an advanced photovoltaic system. Today, the winery exports its organic wines globally to markets including Japan, China, the United States, Australia, and Canada.
