The Emanuela Bonomo AB winery is located on the island of Pantelleria as a sole proprietorship following the succession of the paternal business. The owner continues the family's farming tradition, focusing primarily on the cultivation of Zibibbo grapes and the production of Pantelleria DOC and Passito di Pantelleria DOC wines. The estate operates with respect for the local environment and has initiated the conversion process to organic farming, with several products already officially certified. Alongside wine, the artisan production includes capers, extra virgin olive oil, and various local preserves. These limited, nature-focused yields represent traditional products from the island.
