About the estate
The Salvatore Murana Vini estate farms a vineyard area of approximately 17 hectares with centuries-old vineyards on the island of Pantelleria. The Murana family has been dedicated to viticulture and the cultivation of the Zibibbo grape variety for six generations. In 1975, Salvatore Murana founded the winery with the objective of exporting his products beyond the rocky borders of the island. The production focuses on wines such as Passito di Pantelleria and Passito di Pantelleria DOC that reflect the characteristics of the local terroir. The entire production chain takes place locally, combining traditional methods with respect for the environment.
The eno directory lists 6 wines, mostly from Zibibbo.
