About the estate
The family-run Ehm estate is managed in the fourth generation at the foot of the Steinberg in the northeastern Weinviertel. The vineyards are cultivated on loess, loam, primary rock and chernozem soils without additional irrigation in harmony with nature. The main focus of production is Grüner Veltliner, which is vinified under the Weinviertel DAC designation. In addition to white wines, the portfolio also includes red wines, sparkling wines and Frizzante. The white wines are predominantly aged in stainless steel tanks, with a small portion refined in barrique barrels.
