The Domaine Walbaum estate is a long-standing family-run winery located in the southern Ardèche valley near Vallon Pont d’Arc, with a history dating back to the early 19th century. Today, the property spans 12 hectares of vineyards set on pebble-strewn and clay-limestone soils. The plantings include classic regional grape varieties such as Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Merlot, and Viognier Blanc. The production comprises red, white, and rosé wines under the Ardèche Coteaux de l’Ardèche and Ardèche appellations. The estate is currently managed by the seventh generation of the family and also incorporates a hotel.
