About the estate
The Domaine Viticole Schlink is a family-run estate founded in 1911 located in Machtum along the Luxembourgish Moselle. Across fourteen hectares of vineyards situated in sites such as Gëllebuer, Ongkaf, Widdem, Köppchen, and Heiligenhäuschen, the winery works with characteristic shell limestone soils. Sustainable viticulture practices involve manual harvesting with seasonal workers and gentle pressing of the grapes. In the cellar, fermentation at controlled temperatures is followed by aging in stainless steel tanks or barrique barrels. The resulting wines under the Moselle Luxembourgeoise AOP denomination are noted for their fine structure and aromatic diversity.
