The Domaine Sylvie & Joël Cirotte estate has been based in Bué since 1932 and cultivates 10.8 hectares of vineyards within the AOC Sancerre denomination. The estate soils consist of ninety percent clay-limestone and ten percent flint. The planted grape varieties comprise 65 percent Sauvignon for white wines and 35 percent Pinot Noir for red and rosé wines. The winery operates according to sustainable viticulture principles and holds the Terra Vitis certification. The vinification process combines traditional methods with modern approaches.
