About the estate
The Domaine La Barbotaine winery is located in the Sancerre region in central France along the Loire River. The estate is managed across three generations continuing the family tradition of winemaking. Frédéric Champault currently runs the operation, having established himself at the property in 1994 and later taking over additional vineyards from his father-in-law. The facilities include two cellars, with the older one originally built by Roland Champault and used today partly for the fermentation of white wines.

Ce vin blanc sec et fruité est d’une belle couleur jaune clair aux reflets brillants. Il est plein de finesse et de complexité avec de délicates touches minérales. Au nez, on retrouve fraîcheur et fruité aux arômes d’agrumes.
