About the estate
The Domaine Jacques Fleuriet estate is a family business that started cultivating vines in 1991 and is currently managed by Benoît and Mathieu, who succeeded their parents. The vineyard covers 30 hectares in the Sancerre appellation and 5 hectares in Menetou-Salon, spread across about thirty parcels. The planted grape varieties are Sauvignon for white wines and Pinot Noir for reds. The estate operates according to organic farming principles with certification since 2016, and biodynamic practices were naturally introduced in 2020. Vinification relies on concrete, wood, and terracotta vessels, utilizing indigenous yeasts and very low sulfur additions.
The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc.
