About the estate
The family-run Domaine Sigaut estate was founded at the beginning of the 19th century and is currently managed by Anne and Hervé Sigaut across generations. Cultivating seven hectares of vineyards in the Côte de Nuits, the estate farms parcels within renowned appellations such as Chambolle-Musigny, Morey-Saint-Denis, and Puligny-Montrachet. The viticultural focus centers entirely on the Pinot Noir grape variety, maintained through the absence of total weed control and the implementation of manual harvesting. Traditional vinification methods rely on minimal intervention, gentle destemming, and measured aging in oak barrels to preserve the aromatic potential. The wines are distributed in France and internationally through collaborations with qualified wine professionals.
The eno directory lists one wine. The estate sells to horeca, retail, importers and distributors. Export markets include Germany, Belgium, Spain and Italy.
