About the estate
The Domaine Siebert is a traditional family winery located in Wolxheim, Alsace, with a history dating back to 1830. Since 2021, the estate has been managed by oenologist Estelle, overseeing a vineyard area of eight hectares. The vineyards are situated in a geologically complex area featuring mineral soils, which includes the Altenberg de Wolxheim Grand Cru. The estate pursues a holistic environmental approach with biodiverse plots and has been certified since 2019. In the cellar, the team focuses on plot-by-plot vinification to best reveal the expressive potential of the different sites.
The eno directory lists 6 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Riesling.
