About the estate
The Domaine Saint Laurent estate is located in Courthézon between Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Vacqueyras in the Rhône Valley and has belonged to the Sinard family for five generations. The vineyards cover 30 hectares on clay-limestone soils featuring rolled pebbles, flat pebbles, and safre. The property follows certified sustainable farming methods without the use of herbicides for over 40 years, combined with exclusively manual harvesting for the Côtes-du-Rhône Villages, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and Vacqueyras appellations. For vinification, the winery utilizes stainless steel and concrete tanks with temperature control to craft supple and expressive wines.
