About the estate
The Domaine Race Denis estate is located in the heart of Chablis and was established four generations ago. The winery cultivates 18 hectares of vineyards planted exclusively with Chardonnay on clay-limestone soils containing Kimmeridgian. The vines range in age from two to 65 years and are spread across the Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru appellations. Two daughters of Laurence and Denis work on the estate, overseeing vinification, vineyard management, and administrative tasks.
