The Domaine Peter Sichel estate is located in Languedoc-Roussillon within the high-altitude Mediterranean climate of the Cucugnan valley. Founded by Peter Allan Sichel, the property is now managed by his grandson Alexander Sichel. The vineyard covers 20 hectares distributed across 39 parcels at altitudes ranging between 200 and 500 meters. Since 2019, the winery has transitioned to organic and biodynamic agriculture, utilizing natural indigenous yeasts in the cellar. Production focuses on wines from the AOC Corbières and Pays de Cucugnan IGP denominations.
