About the estate
The Domaine Olivier estate has been family-run for three generations, cultivating seventeen hectares of vineyards across the Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil and Bourgueil appellations. The red wines rely exclusively on Cabernet Franc, while Chenin and Chardonnay are grown for the white wines from Anjou. The winery adopted reasoned agriculture in 2006, joined a certified sustainable viticulture association, and began converting parts of the estate to organic farming in 2018. In the cellar, grapes are vinified by individual plot before the bottled wines are distributed domestically and for export.
