About the estate
The Domaine Millet estate was founded in 1980 after Philippe Millet recognized the potential of his cereal-farming lands for viticulture. Today, the winery located in Tonnerre is managed by his son, Baudouin Millet, supported by a dedicated team. The estate spans nearly 16 hectares of vineyards, where grape varieties such as Chardonnay are cultivated. The product range includes various designations such as Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Crémant de Bourgogne. In 2020, the estate was awarded the high environmental value label.
