About the estate
The historical Domaine Mas Amiel estate was founded in 1816 in the heart of Roussillon within the municipality of Maury. Spanning 100 hectares of vineyards located in the Agly Valley, the estate features unique calcoschistes soils and a heritage collection of old Grenache and Carignan vines. The property applies biodynamic methods to preserve the environment and enhance the potential of the terroir. The winery is widely recognized for its traditional vinification practices involving outdoor glass demijohns and ancient oak foudres. The portfolio comprises both characteristic sweet wines and structured dry still wines across several regional designations.
