About the estate

The Domaine La Réméjeanne estate is managed in the third generation by Olivier Klein and his partner Juliette, who oversee operations from the vineyard to the winery. It encompasses 25 hectares of hillside vineyards overlooking the right bank of the Rhône Valley with a view of Mount Ventoux. The estate is farmed entirely organically and manually without pesticides on loess, sand, and limestone soils. Practices include the use of plant decoctions, green manures, composts, and gentle pruning in the vineyard. Harvesting is done entirely by hand, followed by a low-intervention vinification process using indigenous yeasts.
