About the estate
The Domaine La Linquière estate is located in the Saint-Chinian appellation and is managed by the Salvestre family in the fifth generation. The traditional winery cultivates 25 hectares of vineyards with fragmented plots situated on schist, sandstone, and clay-limestone soils. The cultivated grape varieties include Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Grenache, among others. Farming is carried out according to sustainable principles with regular tillage and environmentally conscious methods. Vinification takes place in a modern cellar operating on a gravity-flow system.
