The wine estate Domaine Ichard is a fourth-generation family winery spanning 14 hectares of vineyards in Puy-l'Evêque in the Sud-ouest region, with the conversion to organic farming in 2008 by Jean-Pierre Ichard. The vineyards are situated on a hillside in Puy-l'Evêque on iron-rich sidérolitique soil. Farming practices follow the Agriculture Biologique and EU organic certification standards verified by Ecocert, avoiding chemical products in the vineyards.
