About the estate
The Domaine Helena Hotea estate is located in Vergisson in Burgundy and is dedicated to the artisanal cultivation of Chardonnay. Vineyard management follows the guidelines of the Haute Valeur Environnementale certification to protect the vines and soils. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand. In the cellar, this is followed by slow fermentation and an eighteen-month maturation in vats. The portfolio includes artisanal white wines from the Pouilly-Fuissé, Mâcon-Vergisson, Saint-Véran, and Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru appellations.
