About the estate
The family-owned Domaine Gavoty estate is located in Cabasse in the heart of Provence and looks back on a history dating back to 1806, spanning seven successive generations. Today, the winery cultivates fifty hectares of vineyards under organic farming practices. Winemaking focuses on producing terroir-driven white, rosé, and red wines within the AOC Côtes de Provence denomination. The estate places great emphasis on traditional and sustainable methods to authentically express the identity of the region and grape varieties such as Rolle, Syrah, Cinsault, and Carignan.
