About the estate
The Domaine Galus estate is managed by winemakers Fanette Fessy and Jean-Baptiste Paquet, who originally hail from Burgundy and cultivate fourteen hectares of vineyards in the Rhône Valley. Located within the Costières de Nîmes appellation, the property is certified for both organic farming and biodynamic practices. The vineyards thrive on a terroir characterized by rolled pebbles, which store solar heat to promote optimal grape maturation. In the cellar, vinification takes place in cylindrical concrete tanks without artificial additives to preserve the natural purity of the wines. The portfolio features various cuvées crafted from grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Clairette, and Roussane.
