About the estate
The Domaine Fourrey estate cultivates vineyards in Chablis and looks back on a family history where expertise has been passed down from father to son for four generations. The winery produces wines from the Chablis vineyards, including AOC Chablis and AOC Chablis 1er Cru sites such as Côte de Léchet, Fourchaume, Mont de Milieu and Vaillons, as well as AOC Bourgogne. Vineyard management includes traditional seasonal tasks such as pruning, tying the canes, trellising and soil cultivation. The harvest is carried out manually taking into account the specific conditions of each vintage.
