About the estate
The Domaine Fouet estate is located in the wine-growing village of Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg in the Loire Valley and has perpetuated family tradition for six generations. Today, Julien Fouet manages the winery covering 23 hectares in the heart of the AOC Saumur and AOC Saumur Champigny denominations. The vineyards have been farmed organically since 2020, incorporating practices such as eco-grazing and agroforestry to enhance biodiversity. The portfolio includes Saumur Champigny, Saumur Blanc, Saumur Rouge, Méthode Ancestrale, and wines produced without added sulfur. Distribution is directed to private customers, restaurants, wine merchants, and international export markets.
The estate sells to horeca, distributors and importers. Export markets include Germany, Belgium and Netherlands.
