The Domaine Fontainebleau en Provence estate is situated in the Provence Verte region near Le Val, where Jean-Louis and Céline Bouchard have revived an 18th-century Tuscan bastide. Surrounded by forests and olive trees, the property spans 35 hectares of vineyards managed under organic agriculture principles. The production includes red, white, and rosé wines within the AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence and Côtes de Provence denominations, alongside IGP classifications. The estate focuses on traditional craftsmanship and preserving its natural environment as part of its daily operations.
