About the estate
The Domaine Dujardin estate is located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune in Monthélie, Burgundy, and is run as a family business across several generations. Today, Catherine and Ulrich are joined by their children Margaux and Paul, working together on the evolution of the estate and a new style of wine. Across a vineyard area of eight hectares, situated mainly in the Monthelie, Meursault and Auxey-Duresses appellations, great importance is placed on careful and herbicide-free soil cultivation using the plough. Traditional vinification is carried out with the wines aged in French oak barrels for twelve to eighteen months, focusing on various single vineyard sites to achieve a fine and precise style.
The eno directory lists 16 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Aligoté.
