About the estate
The Domaine du Val de Gilly estate is situated at the foot of the Maures in the heart of Grimaud in the Var, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The vineyard spans 28 hectares of hillside plots featuring southern exposure and siliceous-gneissic soils, and holds the AOC Côtes de Provence classification. Winemaking methods combine family expertise, tradition, and modern techniques, with white and rosé wines vinified at low temperatures. Red wines are produced through traditional vinification initially carried out in concrete vats built generations ago.
