About the estate

The Domaine du Rey estate farms 33 hectares of vineyards in Gondrin in the heart of the Ténarèze region in southwestern France. The soils feature a diverse geological composition combining clay-limestone areas, sandy patches, and deposits from the Pyrenees. The grape variety portfolio includes Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Sauvignon, as well as Gros and Petit Manseng. Vinification relies on mechanical harvesting, cold maceration, and temperature-controlled fermentation. The white wines and Armagnacs are aged traditionally on fine lees or in oak barrels respectively.

The eno directory lists 12 wines, mostly from Gros Manseng and Colombard.
