Domaine du Pavillon

About the estate

The Domaine du Pavillon estate manages fourteen hectares of vineyards within the Crozes-Hermitage appellation in the northern Rhône Valley. The historical property dates back to a transformation in the 1960s and features a hunting lodge recorded on the cadastre of Napoleon the First. The vineyards are planted predominantly with Syrah, alongside plots of Roussanne and Marsanne on stony, filtered soils. The vines are cultivated across the Les Châssis and Les Collines zones, which present diverse alluvial, clay, and granitic terroirs. The winery is currently undergoing conversion to organic farming with an official certification target for the 2025 vintage.
