The Domaine du grand moulin seneau et fils estate is managed in the fifth generation by the Seneau family in Châteauvieux within the Loire Valley. The winery was founded in 1818 when Désiré Seneau acquired the property. Vineyard management involves practices such as leaf removal, green harvesting, and strict sorting to preserve the expression of the terroir. Each parcel is vinified and aged separately to maintain the distinct character of the soils. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Crémant de Loire, AOC Rosé de Loire, and AOC Touraine denominations.
