About the estate
The Domaine Annivy estate has cultivated thirteen hectares of vineyards since 2001 in the heart of the Saumur-Champigny appellation in the Loire Valley. The plots featuring clay-limestone soils are planted with Cabernet Franc and managed according to organic farming principles. In the cellar, a low-intervention vinification process with strictly limited oenological inputs preserves the expression of the grapes. The portfolio includes red wines, white wines, and Crémant de Loire under the region's AOC denominations. Winemaking takes place within a traditional troglodyte cellar carved directly into the rock.
