About the estate

The Domaine du Cellier aux Moines estate comprises historical buildings dating back to 1130 and ranks among the oldest wine estates in Burgundy. Cistercian monks from the Abbey of La Ferté managed the property for seven centuries before it was acquired and restored by the Pascal family in 2004. The traditional estate encompasses five hectares of vineyards situated in well-exposed hillside locations within the classified Givry Premier Cru appellation. The property also includes the Clos Pascal, which was replanted in 2010, while Guillaume Marko serves as the technical manager for vineyards and wines.
