About the estate

Located in Les Moutiers en Retz in the Loire Valley wine region, the Domaine des Sylphes cultivates small plots situated in the hills of the Pays de Retz between the Loire estuary and the ocean. The estate is currently in conversion to organic farming and focuses on soil cultivation, natural grass cover, and the elimination of herbicides and insecticides. Furthermore, the use of copper and sulfur is reduced, and eco-grazing with sheep is practiced in the vineyards. The viticultural approach aims to protect the soils and biodiversity across each individual plot.
