About the estate
The family-owned Penisson Pierre estate was founded in 1985 by Pierre Penisson in Saint-Etienne-du-Bois in the Loire Valley and currently cultivates a vineyard area of approximately 130 hectares. His sons Pierrick and Landry joined the business, which has applied sustainable farming methods since 2003. The portfolio includes various grape varieties such as Melon de Bourgogne for the AOC Muscadet and AOC Muscadet Côtes de Grandlieu sur Lie appellations, alongside Gros Plant and Val de Loire IGP. All wines are vinified and bottled directly at the winery.
The eno directory lists 17 wines, mostly from Merlot and Cabernet.
