About the estate
The family-run Domaine des Rueyres estate has been cultivating vineyards since 1957 in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Lavaux region above Lake Geneva. Covering 3.5 hectares of vineyards, the estate grows around twenty grape varieties with Chasselas as the central focus, alongside varieties such as Pinot Noir, Gamaret, Garanoir, and Merlot. The wines are produced primarily in the AOC Chardonne and AOC Saint-Saphorin appellations through sustainable viticulture with minimal intervention in the cellar. In 2023, Laurent Cossy officially took over the management of the property, which is known for its terroir-driven wines and direct sales.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Chasselas. The estate sells to horeca.
