About the estate
The Domaine Chaudet estate is located in Rivaz in the Vaud region and has been cultivating family vineyards since 1912 across the prestigious appellations of Lavaux, Chardonne, Saint-Saphorin, Rivaz, and Dézaley. Seventy-five percent of the vineyards are planted with Chasselas, the white grape variety that serves as the regional specialty. Five percent is dedicated to Pinot Gris, which is vinified in a dry style. The remaining twenty percent consists of the red varieties Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gamaret, Garanoir, and Merlot.
The eno directory lists 12 wines, mostly from Gamay.
