About the estate
Founded by Emmanuel Taverney in the 1920s, the Domaine des Allours estate is now managed in the fourth generation. Located in Jongny, the winery cultivates terraced vineyards that were initially part of a mixed agricultural holding and later converted exclusively to viticulture. Alongside Chasselas as the signature grape variety, the portfolio includes red varieties such as Pinot Noir, Gamaret, and Garanoir. The cultivation covers parcels belonging both to the family and the municipality of Jongny. The production is oriented towards trade distribution for professional wine merchants and importers.
