About the estate
The family-run Domaine de Villarose estate manages seven hectares of vineyards in the Three-Lakes region, situated between Lake Murten and Lake Neuchâtel in Switzerland. For three generations, the winery has been dedicated to viticulture in an exceptional terroir around the municipality of Mur and the Vully region. The vineyards extend from Môtier to Salavaux, where red grape varieties such as Diolinoir, Merlot, Gamaret, Garanoir, Gamay, and Pinot Noir thrive on terraced slopes. Chasselas is planted in Mur on molasse soils, yielding floral and elegant wines, while a diverse portfolio of red, white, and rosé wines is vinified at the estate cellar.
