The Domaine de Sulauze estate is located in Miramas in Provence and has been managed by Guillaume since 2004. The property comprises thirty hectares of vineyards alongside land dedicated to grain, olives, and beekeeping, all farmed according to biodynamic and agroecological principles. The estate strictly avoids chemical treatments and herbicides, relying instead on manual harvesting and partial animal traction for vineyard work. In addition to winemaking, the diversified farm also encompasses an on-site brewery and other agricultural activities.
