About the estate

The agricultural estate Domaine de Pascati is located in Ramatuelle in Provence, overlooking the bay of Pampelonne on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. Spanning 140 hectares, the property was revived in 2012 by a wine enthusiast with the aim of producing organic wines. Since the renewal of the vineyard in 2016, organic farming methods have been applied across the entire estate, which is certified by the independent organization Ecocert. The winery cultivates its own grapes exclusively to produce rosé wines under the AOC Côtes de Provence denomination. The wines are crafted using methods such as aging in terracotta amphorae or French oak barrels and are distributed internationally.
