About the estate
The Domaine de Montine estate has family roots dating back to 1933, while the official establishment took place in 1987 by brothers Claudy and Jean-Luc, who revived estate bottling at the hamlet. Today, the fourth generation represented by daughters Mélina and Camille is preparing to take over operations. The vineyards are cultivated with meticulous, parcel-specific care and respect for the environment on limestone, stony, and clay soils. In the cellar, the winery utilizes traditional techniques such as night harvesting, destemming, temperature control, and slow aging in old vaulted cellars using French oak barrels. The produced wines encompass the AOC Grignan-Les-Adhémar, AOC Côtes du Rhône, AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages, and AOC Vinsobres appellations.
